Farm Table

Nathan Elliott

LT35

Project Description
My project is a Farm Table I made by using lumber I sawed on my LT35. I also harvested the trees that the lumber was milled from. The table features a quarter sawn White Oak top. The legs and apron are black walnut. The only part of this entire process that I did not complete was the kiln drying which was done by a local mill shop. After rough milling the lumber into the finished dimensions I completed %90 of the tables joinery and finishing with only hand tools. The table also features breadboard ends and a groove plowed into the apron all done with handplanes. The table was finished with a mixture of BLO (Boiled Linseed Oil) and Waterlox.

Finished Dimensions
The table is 60in in length and 30in in width
