Out Retirement Home , as a second home on our lot is limited to 600 sq ft of heated space. Additional closed and open porches and high 13ft ceiling make year round living airy and comfortable. Solar panels on the south roof provide hot water and all the power the house requires and with tight construction and high insulation the cottage approaches net zero rating without the use of plywood of any other sheet sheathing.
