Project Description < br />
After completing the portable solar kiln in 2017, I began running my air dried stacks through the kiln cycle. I was impressed with the results coming from the 100% sun powered kiln. I decided to use some of the material from the first kiln runs to build this bathroom vanity for my house. All of the wood for this project came from my homestead, within walking distance from from where it was built. The top is made of book-matched Black Walnut from a dead standing stump, accented with spalted Maple legs and Red Oak aprons. The mirror is made from live edge Black Walnut.
